After moving to Texas four and a half years ago I gained 21 1/2 lbs because I went from a very active life style to a much more sedentary one. I previously lived in Connecticut where I had a preschool and daycare, a very active job teaching and caring for children from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. I also worked out at the gym three to four days a week. I was in the habit of weighing myself every morning and staying on top of my weight so it didn't get out of hand.

Here in Texas I was busy working on my new business and with my clients, obviously sitting down a lot. I was not motivated to go to the gym like I did in Connecticut. I didn't even have a scale, so I wasn't weighing myself daily. Soon I found myself in a size 12 jeans and weighing over 170 lbs. I was very unhappy and frustrated because when I did focus on releasing weight it was a slow process. I began to think to myself "This is how people get fat when they get old. They live sedentary life styles, get sick or hurt and can't exercise."

I am so happy to say that after all the struggle I have found an amazing simple weight release program that enabled me to attain my ideal weight in only 37 days of following the program!
